SKATPUNKTS — Final Artistic Project of My Doctoral Studies

In May 2026, I had the pleasure of performing at the first Baltic Music Festival in Graz, Austria — a new cultural initiative dedicated to presenting music and artists from the Baltic region.

Since April 2026, I have taken on a new role as the Artistic Director of the JVLMA Contemporary Music Festival deciBels. This marks an important new chapter in my artistic and professional work, bringing together my interests in performance, contemporary music, artistic research, education and international collaboration.

I am very happy and grateful to share that Trio Tresensus received a nomination for the Great Music Award in the category “Outstanding Work in Ensemble”.

I am very happy to share that the World Saxophone Congress 2029 will take place in Riga and Jūrmala, Latvia, from 31 July to 4 August 2029.

On 31 December 2025, Trio Tresensus celebrated its 10th anniversary with a special concert titled “Mīlestība nekad nebeidzas” at Angāra koncertzāle.

I am honored to be one of the Latvijas Radio / LR3 “Klasika” Artists in Residence for 2025. This residency offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Latvian Radio, explore new repertoire, and connect with audiences through concerts, broadcasts, and recordings.
